  18. Christy, I'm so excited about this class! Doesn't it sound wonderful. Personally I would most love to learn about cooking organ meats and bone marrow. I have made liver before, but I'd love to mix it up a little and learn to cook other organ meats. Thanks for sharing this with our Two for Tuesday crowd!

  22. i follow the SCDiet for Crohn's Disease. however, before the diet change i ate a vegan diet for 5 years so i don't have experience cooking a lot of meat - i can bake chicken breasts and broil salmon. i want to find out about cuts of beef and organ meats!
