Hearth and Soul Hop Link Love |
So, once again I was thrilled to visit all the wonderful link ups for the hearth and soul hop - seriously good stuff here people!!
I also realize that not everyone can visit them all so I am highlighting a few that stood out to me.
First of all it was a Naan O'Rama this week with Aipi @ US Masala making Garlic Naan , Taste of Pearl City making Garlic and Coriander Naan with ghee from India. What's for Dinner Mom? taught herself to make these Naan's.
Tamy at Always Eat on the Good China (don't you love that name??) shared with us an super easy and fun Voodoo Melts aka hot wing melts. The delicious taste of hot wings without the mess.Perfect for a football party!
Speaking of Party Food how about cooking up some Chili Lime Moose Meatballs?? What you don't have any moose? Darn, you can however make them with regular hamburger, but really that's not as fun to say. Thanks to Its a Food Life for sharing this great recipe - and to her husband the GWH (great white hunter)!
In honor of her One Year Blogaversary Michele at Health Food Lover is not only sponsoring some great giveaways but she shares a decadent flourless chocolate cake to celebrate! It is called a Jaffa Cake - how fun is that???
The Crockpot Recipe Exchange linked up a recipe: Jodi's Crock Pot Kalua Pig - aka Pig Luau - and guess what the secret ingredient it?? rhymes with Havana - yup bananas. A great recipe when your luau is smaller than oh, you know Pig Sized!!!
And Chocolocoteria did the most amazing thing - to me anyhow, she marinated rainbow swiss chard and ended up with a delicious raw dish that is make ahead!
Thanks for the shout out Christy! Personally I can't wait to try the Chili Lime Moose Meatballs.
ReplyDeleteHi Christy! Happy friday! I do adore checking out all the links and it always amazes me how many different things people come up with. I am also so tickled that we each pick different things that float our boat! These are all great picks from the hearth and soul hop! :) hugs! Alex
